How does it work?
If you would like to get a legal health check for your business, all you need to do is contact us and we will appoint
one of our general counsel affiliates to your business and arrange a time for them to come and meet with you and
get the process underway.
Our process
MEET AND DISCUSS
Have relevant senior managers of your business put aside about 2 hours to meet and discuss with your general counsel what your business does, how you’ve set it up to date and where you would like it to go in the future.
CHOOSE YOUR LEADER
Provide us with a contact person so that our team can ask for relevant documents and other information to allow your general counsel to get a deep understanding the business so they can best advise you on its current health status and get across the detail to analyse its current health.
When nominating someone for this role, please consider that some of the information your general counsel will require may be sensitive and confidential. We often find that a trusted CEO personal assistant or business manager is a good fit for this role.
We DO THE WORK
Our Legal Health Check Report will document the findings of your general counsel on each aspect of your business and provide you with their recommendations on steps you can take to improve, and keep, your business healthy from a legal point of view.
YOUR OUTCOMES
Depending on the size and complexity of your business, you will receive a copy of your Legal Health Check Report within about 3 to 4 weeks from first meeting with your general counsel. Your general counsel will then be available for a follow up meeting to discuss the Report findings & recommendations and answer any questions you have.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
$9,900 (inc gst)
For most businesses, a legal health check will cost $9,900 (inc gst). This covers the entire process from the initial meeting with your general counsel all the way to the final meeting after you’ve received and had time to digest your Legal Health Check Report.
For businesses with more than 50 employees or that are more complex than is common (e.g. contains a network of businesses and structures which are part of a larger interrelated enterprise), we will provide you with a specific quote for your legal health check.
